“巴拿马中心/1986年夏季”工程是法国罗——阿尔卑斯地区为夏季高峰期交通控制而设计的一种交通管理系统。该系统的主要目标是对 A6和 A7号公路上的拥挤现象进行控制,这两条公路是本地区假期交通的两条主要干线。该系统的原始特征是利用司机的有关信息,并把它作为实现交通控制的主要工具。从对该系统进行人机工程分析和描述的角度出发,本研究的目标包括:1.改进涉及交通控制问题的基础知识体系:数据采集,数据处理和通信网络。2.描述涉及某种任务(人/机界面)的操作模式。3.指出主要的不良机能,尤其包括与数据传输,信息检测设备,操作员和任务组织的工作指令精确性有关的某些功能。4.建议有关的改进方案:其中有一些是易于实现的,另外一些由于要求新的系统组织则较难以实施,有待于进一步研究。现有系统的分析应为法国假日高峰期动态公路信息系统提供可进一步开发的分析文本。
The “Panama Center / Summer 1986” project is a traffic management system designed for traffic control in the summer peak in the French-Alps region. The main objective of the system is to control congestion on the A6 and A7 roads, the two main routes of holiday traffic in the region. The original feature of the system is the use of driver-related information and as a primary tool for traffic control. From the perspective of ergonomic analysis and description of the system, the objectives of this study include: 1. To improve the basic knowledge systems involved in traffic control issues: data acquisition, data processing and communication networks. Describe the mode of operation that involves a task (human / machine interface). 3. Identify major adverse effects, including in particular some of the functions related to the accuracy of work instructions for data transmission, information testing equipment, operators and mission organizations. 4. Suggested improvements: some of which are easy to implement and others are more difficult to implement due to the need for a new system of organizations to be further studied. The analysis of existing systems should provide further analytical texts for the dynamic highway information system during the French holiday peak.
