自1978年～1991年10月,我院对1049例肺不张患者进行了纤支镜检查,经活检、刷检、冲洗和培养等方法,使1008例患者明确病因,其中男796例,女212例,男女之比为3.8:1。年龄最小15岁,最大76岁,平均为49.6岁。肺不张发生在右侧654例,左侧354例。全肺不张103例(右22,左81),上叶不张465例(右298,左167),中叶不张166例,下叶不张274例(右168,左106)。1008例肺不张的病因多达
From 1978 to October 1991, our hospital carried out 1049 cases of atelectasis in patients with bronchoscopy, by biopsy, brushing, washing and culture and other methods so that the clear cause of 1008 patients, of which 796 were male and female 212 cases, male to female ratio of 3.8: 1.
