近期,笔者在湖南省怀化市某小区内,发现狭窄的消防车道里停满了车,连一辆私家车通过都十分困难,更别提消防车了。一旦发生火灾,消防车将寸步难行。随着城市化发展步伐的加快,小区已成为城市生活的主要形态。小区内居民楼数量较多,居住人员也较为密集,与之息息相关的小区消防安全隐患也日渐凸显。怀化市城区的小区消防安全现状如何?隐患何在?有无解决之道?为此,笔者展开了调查。
