近年来,社区矫正在我国有了长足发展。与传统的社区矫正相比,恢复性社区矫正更注重对加害人与被害人及其亲属之间的理解和宽容的帮助。法科学生可以志愿者身份参与到恢复性社区矫正的社会实践中去,既能应用所学的法学基本理论和相关学科知识,又能改善社区矫正工作的社会志愿者不足的现状。恢复性社区矫正社会实践是一项社会价值与学术价值双赢的教学实践活动。
In recent years, community correction has made great strides in our country. Compared with traditional community correction, restorative community correction pays more attention to the understanding and tolerance of perpetrators and their victims and their relatives. Law students can volunteer to participate in the social practice of restorative community correction, which not only can apply the basic theory of jurisprudence and relevant subject knowledge, but also can improve the current situation of insufficient social volunteers in community correction work. Restorative Community Correction Social practice is a win-win teaching practice of social value and academic value.
