介绍了晋煤集团凤凰山煤矿综采工作面收尾期间的顶板控制措施。通过加强对工作面、两端头及超前支护段顶板的控制,有效地保障了工作面的正常接替,实现了工作面设备安全高效回收,提高了设备拆除速度,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
