现在,许多地方成立了属于秘书自己的组织,并创办了秘书工作的刊物,广大秘书工作者有了成绩与喜悦可以畅谈,有了困惑和苦恼也可以诉说。笔者也是几十年从事办公室工作的老秘书人员,前几年杭州市成立了秘书工作者协会,我首批参加了自己的组织,与上级机关和各兄弟单位的秘书人员便有了较为广泛的联系。据笔者了解,当前,秘书人员共同的强烈呼声主要是: 一、要求尽快制定秘书工作人员条例 随着行政管理改革的深化和法律法规的逐步建立健全,亟需制定一个符合我国国情的秘书工作人
