目前提高高职英语教育教学关键是加强培养英语教师的素质,实现“双师型”高素质英语教师的目标。高职学校管理部门应该做出具体的策略计划来帮助英语教师的职业发展。如对取得职业资格证书的英语教师进行鼓励,创造条件让英语教师有机会去与学校合作的企业实践等。高职院校应该在实践的基础依据自身院校的实际情况,探索出适合自身院校发展的合理的培养模式。
At present, the key to improve the English teaching of higher vocational education is to strengthen the quality of training English teachers and to achieve the goal of “double-qualification” high-quality English teachers. Higher vocational school management department should make a concrete strategic plan to help the career development of English teachers. Such as encouraging English teachers who have obtained vocational qualification certificates and creating the conditions for English teachers to have opportunities to practice business with schools. Higher vocational colleges should, based on the actual conditions of their colleges and universities, explore a reasonable mode of cultivation suitable for the development of their institutions at the foundation of practice.
