4 个广亲和品种( WCVs) 和6 个粳稻品种与3 个光温敏核不育系和6 个不同类型籼稻品种杂交F1 的小穗育性。结果表明: 同一WCVs 对不同不育系或籼稻品种的亲和力存在差异, 不同WCVs 对同一不育系或籼稻具有不同的亲和力。反映 WCVs 亲和力的多样性和特殊性。双亲都是WCVs 的亚种间杂交F1 的小穗育性比单方 WCVs 的亚种间杂交F1 的结实率要高, 说明了不同WCVs 携带与亲和性有关基因可以互补, 对亲和力可能具有累加效应。光温敏核不育基因不影响亚种间F1 的小穗育性。在选育二系法亚种间杂交稻时, 选育双亲都具有广亲和性的不育系和恢复系, 有利于提高亚种间杂交稻的结实率。
Spikelet fertility in F1 hybrids of 4 broad compatibility varieties (WCVs) and 6 japonica rice cultivars with 3 thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines and 6 different types of Indica rice cultivars. The results showed that the same WCVs had different affinity to different CMS lines or indica varieties, and different WCVs had different affinity to the same CMS line or indica rice. Reflect the diversity and specificity of WCVs affinity. The spikelet fertility of F1 in intersubspecies with WCVs was higher than F1 in intersubspecies of WCVs, indicating that different WCVs could carry complementary affinity-related genes and may have an additive effect on affinity . Photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterility genes do not affect F1 spikelet fertility among subspecies. Breeding of two-line subspecies hybrid rice in Asia, the breeding of both parents have wide compatibility of male sterile lines and restorers, is conducive to increasing the seed rate of hybrid rice between subspecies.
