bifemelane 化学名为4-(邻-苄基苯氧基)-N-甲基丁胺盐酸盐,是一种新的治疗精神病药物,它可增加大脑皮层和海马的乙酰胆碱水平,抑制大脑的单胺氧化酶,改善大鼠因电休克,莨菪胺、放线菌酮所致的意识障碍,预期对痴呆病人有治疗作用。另据报道,bifemelane 可增加脑缺血时的单胺水平,延长缺血沙土鼠的存活时间,抑制缺血后脑水肿的发展,对缺血大脑有保护作用。为研究bifemelane 对脑缺血能量状态和细胞内 pH(pHi)的作用,本试验采用体内~(31)P NMR 光谱对沙土鼠进行测试及研究。
