为了防止或延缓害虫抗性的发生,我们研制成功了一种复配杀虫剂——快杀净乳油,经室内对家蝇药效测定LD_(50)=0.0029μg/,共毒系数为189,增效倍数9.7,KT_(50)=4.0829分;对棉铃虫药效测定LD_(50)=0.0027μg/头,共毒系数357.8,增效倍数5.7;对棉蚜虫药效测定LC_(50)=0.0086%,共毒系数271.2,增效倍数3.2。田间药效试验,用于防治棉铃虫使用浓度1500—2000倍,施药7天后防效达85%以上,防治棉蚜虫使用浓度2500—3000倍。施药7天后防效达90%以上。
