财政信息化建设是我省财政改革与发展战略的重要组成部分和基本技术保障。近年来,我们根据财政改革需要,在全省财政系统大力推进信息化建设。经过不懈努力,建成了数据、音频、视频“三网合一”纵横交错的省市县三级财政广域网,开发了《预算编审支持系统》、《预算指标管理系统》、《工资监控管理信息系统》等软件,实现了财政业务网上运行和数据信息的共享与交流,锻造了一支业务精、能打硬仗的专业技术队伍。信息技术成功切入财政核心业务,使理财方式和理财观念发生了根本性变革。
Financial information construction is the province’s fiscal reform and development strategy an important part of the basic technical support. In recent years, according to the needs of fiscal reform, we have been making vigorous efforts to promote information construction in the province’s financial system. Through unremitting efforts, the provincial, prefectural and county financial WANs with data, audio frequency and video “three networks and one combination ” have been established. The “Budgeting Support System”, “Budget Index Management System”, “Wage Monitoring and Management Information system ”and other software, to achieve the financial operations online and data sharing and exchange of information, forging a business fine, can fight tough professional and technical team. Information technology successfully cut into the financial core business, so that financial management concepts and financial management has undergone fundamental changes.
