随着我国计划商品经济新格局的确立,经济关系日益复杂,市场竞争也相伴而生。经验证明,搞商品经济,没有健全的法制不行。为此,我们必须在建立社会主义商品经济新秩序的过程中,一方面,国家要抓紧建立完备的经济法规体系,并加强司法、严肃执法;另一方面,企业自身必须建立依法约束自己行为的机制,运用法律手段维护企业发展中的合法权益。本文仅就如何充分发挥企业法律顾问在经营决策中的作用的问题,略谈浅见如下:
