采用CO2激光-MIG复合焊接工艺,对10 mm厚5083铝合金进行了复合焊接研究。结果表明,5083合金的焊缝中心组织为树枝晶结构,焊缝中心显微硬度值较母材有所下降,复合焊接接头拉伸性能达到母材95%以上,正弯和反弯曲测试结果都符合船检国标标准。
A CO2 laser-MIG composite welding process was used to study the composite welding of 10 mm thick 5083 aluminum alloy. The results show that the microstructure of the 5083 alloy is dendritic. The microhardness of the weld center is lower than that of the base metal. The tensile properties of the composite welded joint reach more than 95% of the base metal. Both the positive and negative bending test results Meet the ship inspection GB standards.
