The China Construction Industry Federation held a symposium of responsible persons of the Engineering Quality Association (Quality Committee) of some provinces and cities on December 27 and 28, 1990 in Beijing. Participated in the meeting are Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Fujian, Guangxi, Guangzhou and other provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the project responsible for comrades of the City Engineering Quality Association (Quality Committee).
