档案保护技术有两个方面内容;一是档案制成材料,二是外界环境条件。从档案制成材料来说,目前使用的最大量、最主要的仍是纸张。档案寿命的长短取决于纸张质量的好坏,而纸张质量的好坏,又是用产品标准作为衡量的依据。标准水平越高,质量水平就越高,档案的寿命就越长。目前工业生产的纸张,真正符合档案要求的并不多,因为档案对纸张有耐久性等一些特殊要求。档案用纸的标准化是档案保护技术的一项重要内容。因此,本文想从档案使用的要求出发,谈谈纸张标准化的有关问题,以求逐步实现档案管理的统一化、规范化。
File protection technology has two aspects: First, the file made of materials, and second, the external environmental conditions. From the file made of materials, the current maximum amount, the most important is still paper. The length of life depends on the quality of the paper, the quality of the paper is good or bad, but also the basis of product standards as a measure. The higher the standard, the higher the quality level and the longer the life of the file. The current industrial production of paper, the file does not meet the real requirements, because the file has some special requirements for the durability of the paper. The standardization of archive paper is an important part of file protection technology. Therefore, based on the requirement of file usage, this article wants to talk about the standardization of paper, in order to realize the standardization and standardization of file management step by step.
