以HEP＿2 细胞为材料研究早熟染色体浓集技术(PCC) 结果表明:诱导细胞融合的条件包括使用PEG作融合剂,并使用高PH 值的培养基.得到了G1 期、S期、G2 期的PC染色体.“,”The Chromatin of the interphase nucleus condenses into chromosomelike structures by fusion of a mitotic cell with a cell in interphase.This technique is called premature Chromosome condencation (PCC).The PCC of Hep_2 cell is studied in this paper. The results showed:favorable conditions of cell fusion include high pH of the medium and the application of polyethynene Glyol(PEG).The PC chromosome include:G 1,S.G 2 PC chromosomes.
