中职会计教育的本质是培养社会实用型专业会计人才服务于地方经济的建设。中职会计教育的本质决定了中职学校会计教师必须具备“双师”资格。在“双师型”教师队伍愈来愈庞大的今天,会计专业“双师型”教师队伍的建设却停滞不前,立足于工学结合下“校中厂”的建设,对中职学校会计专业“双师型”教师队伍的现状以及存在的问题进行详细分析,并结合“校中厂”建设的方案提出对会计专业“双师型”教师培养的对策。
The essence of secondary accounting education is to cultivate social practical professional accounting personnel to serve the construction of local economy.
