目的探讨乙肝孕妇血清IFN-γ、IL-10表达及其与甲胎蛋白含量变化的相关性。方法用酶联免疫吸附法测定不同模式乙肝孕妇血清IFN-γ、IL-10的含量,同时用化学发光法测定血清AFP含量。结果不同模式乙肝孕妇血清IL-10、AFP含量与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05),IFN-γ含量则明显降低(P<0.05),且IFN-γ与IL-10含量呈负相关(P<0.05),IFN-γ含量与血清AFP呈负相关(P<0.05),IL-10含量与血清AFP呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清IFN-γ、IL-10与AFP共同参与了乙肝孕妇的病理生理过程,乙型肝炎影响孕妇神经管缺陷产前筛查的结果判断。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IFN-γ and IL-10 levels and the level of alpha-fetoprotein in pregnant women with hepatitis B infection. Methods Serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 in pregnant women with different modes of hepatitis B were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and serum AFP levels were determined by chemiluminescence. Results Serum levels of IL-10 and AFP in pregnant women with different modes of treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of IFN-γ were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 were negatively correlated (P <0.05). The level of IFN-γ was negatively correlated with serum AFP (P <0.05). The level of IL-10 was positively correlated with serum AFP (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum IFN-γ, IL-10 and AFP are involved in the pathophysiological process of hepatitis B pregnant women, hepatitis B affect the outcome of prenatal screening of neural tube defects in pregnant women.
