目的通过回顾某校流行性腮腺炎爆发疫情的处置过程,总结经验和不足,以促进今后工作的开展。方法采用描述流行病学对这起流行性腮腺炎疫情与防治过程进行分析。结果通过隔离治疗病患、全方位持续消毒、细致全面的宣教以及应急接种等综合防控措施的实施,疫情得以较好控制。结论学校发生呼吸道传染病爆发疫情,学校与疾病预防控制机构必须密切合作,校方组织有力,坚决依法执行,全方位综合治理就可以很好的控制疫情。
Objective To review the disposal process of mumps outbreak in a certain university and summarize the experiences and shortcomings so as to promote the future work. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemic and prevention of mumps. Results The outbreak was well controlled through the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures such as isolation and treatment of patients, continuous and comprehensive disinfection, meticulous and comprehensive mission education and emergency vaccination. Conclusions The outbreak of respiratory infectious disease in schools occurred. Schools and disease prevention and control agencies must work closely together. The school organization should be strong and resolutely enforced according to law. All-round comprehensive treatment can well control the epidemic.
