文安县档案馆自1977年以来,就注意督促,指导立档单位的目录建设。近几年来为大力开发档案信息资源,为社会主义现代化建设服务,档案馆在原有基础上开展了对各种档案目录的收集、补充工作,一个全县档案目录中心的雏形已初步形成。目前,这个目录中心存有各种档案目录177册,包括县直73个立档单位,25个乡(镇)农场,383个村,18个县级工厂企业,30多个重点会计单位的文书、科技、照片和会计档案目录,以及县档案馆编制的“全宗名册”、“重要文件目录”、“重要会议目录”、“重要事件专题目录”、“干部任免索引目录”等。
