本文收集了我院1980～1989年间所遇到的103例患者进行分析研究,就本病的临床表现及治疗等问题进行简要讨论。临床资料1.诊断标准:国内目前尚未统一,我们采用的标准为:①无眼外伤及手术史,②双侧渗出性色素膜炎(包括慢性渗出性成型性虹膜睫状体炎、渗出性后部色素膜炎、继发视网膜脱离、晚霞状眼底等),③伴有典型的中枢神经系统及皮肤毛发改变,或者有眼底荧光血管造影的特异改变。2.分型标准:①具有后部渗出性色素
