目的了解海口市社区慢性病管理工作人员从业能力及工作满意度现状,并探讨两者的关联性。方法运用综合性从业能力量表(CWAI)和工作满意度量表(CHIEJSQ),对海口市社区卫生服务机构从事慢性病管理的服务人员210人进行现场调查。结果 71.4%的海口市社区慢性病管理服务人员从业能力优秀,30%的从业人员对工作较满意,两量表得分呈显著正相关(r=0.508,P<0.01)。经多元回归拟合,居住条件、对文学和音乐的爱好、平均月收入、专业和职称对慢性病管理服务人员从业能力影响较大,离职意愿、平均月收入、对文学的爱好对慢性病管理人员工作满意度影响较大。结论海口市社区慢性病管理服务人员从业能力与其工作满意度关系密切。通过提高管理服务人员的工作满意度,进而提高其从业能力。
Objective To understand the current situation of employability and job satisfaction of chronic disease management staff in community in Haikou City, and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods A total of 210 service personnel engaged in chronic disease management in community health service institutions in Haikou City were surveyed on the basis of CWAI and CHIEJSQ. Results 71.4% of the community chronic disease management service personnel in Haikou City were able to practice well, 30% of whom were satisfied with their work, and the two scales showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.508, P <0.01). After multiple regression fitting, living conditions, love for literature and music, the average monthly income, professional and professional titles have a greater impact on practitioners of chronic disease management services, turnover intention, average monthly income, love of literature work on chronic disease management staff Satisfaction of greater impact. Conclusions The community-based chronic disease management service personnel in Haikou City is closely related to their job satisfaction.
