泪液分泌功能的测定报道较多,但对泪液pH值测定报道尚少。笔者从1991年3月1日～6月15日,为探讨正常眼泪液的分泌功能和pH值,泪液与外眼病的关系,对200只正常眼及300只外眼病眼的泪液进行了测定。测定方法:采用中国江苏杨中化剂厂产pH1～14广范试纸。剪成长约1.5cm,宽约5mm小纸条。将一端轻轻放入眼内下穹窿部。轻闭眼一分钟,取下试纸。测量试纸被泪液浸湿的长度及pH值.测定结果:正常眼泪液的pH值为6.5～7,分泌量一分钟浸湿试纸>7mm。双眼分泌量及pH值基本相同.
Determination of tear secretion reported more, but the report of the pH value of the tear is still low. Measure the length and pH value of the test paper soaked in tear solution.Results: The normal tear solution pH value is 6.5 ~ 7, the secretion volume of one minute soaking test paper> 7mm. Binocular secretion and pH are basically the same.
