1000kV荆门变电站主要设备基础均为大体积混凝土,在施工过程中,合理构造配筋,优选原材料,优化混凝土配合比,采取蒸汽养护措施,在基础保护层内增配了抗裂钢丝网与耐碱玻璃纤维网布,并采用易于实施的温控技术措施,不掺加任何种类微膨胀剂,达到了设备基础大体积混凝土内实外光的效果,形成了大体积混凝土裂缝控制技术。
The main equipment foundation of the 1000kV Jingmen substation is large-volume concrete. In the construction process, reasonable reinforcements are constructed, raw materials are optimized, the concrete mix ratio is optimized, steam curing measures are taken, and anti-crack steel mesh and alkali resistance are added to the basic protective layer. Glass fiber mesh cloth, and the use of easy-to-implement temperature control technology measures, without adding any kind of micro-expansion agent, to achieve the effect of external light inside the mass concrete of the equipment foundation, forming a large volume of concrete crack control technology.
