目的分析2009年天津市汉沽街社区流行性感冒(流感)发病情况,估计汉沽街社区居民流感病例的直接经济负担和间接经济负担。方法在天津市汉沽街5个社区卫生服务中心及服务站进行流感样病例(ILI)监测,对所有(ILI)进行病原检测,并对其进行问卷调查与随访,评估流感确诊病例及ILI的直接和间接的经济损失。误工损失通过人力资本法折算为经济损失。结果 2009年汉沽街社区流感共发病167例,流感门诊病例直接及间接经济负担的中位数分别为131.05元及276.85元。住院病例直接及间接经济负担的中位数分别为3682.00元及203.75元。流感病例与流感阴性ILI对照相比,直接经济负担差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。流感病例的误工天数与误工损失均大于阴性ILI对照(P<0.05)。结论应综合利用各种监测方式追踪流感疫情动态,加强流感防控,降低疾病负担。
Objective To analyze the incidence of influenza in Hangu Street in Tianjin in 2009 and estimate the direct economic burden and indirect economic burden of flu cases among community residents in Hangu Street. Methods ILI surveillance was conducted in 5 community health service centers and service stations in Hangu Street, Tianjin. Pathogens were detected in all (ILI) patients and questionnaires and follow-up were conducted to assess the direct cases of ILI. And indirect economic losses. Loss of workers lost through the human capital law converted to economic losses. Results In 2009, a total of 167 flu cases were reported in the community in Hangu Street. The median direct and indirect financial burden of influenza outpatient cases were 131.05 yuan and 276.85 yuan respectively. The median direct and indirect financial burden of inpatient cases were 3682.00 yuan and 203.75 yuan respectively. There was no significant difference in direct economic burden between flu cases and flu negative ILI controls (P> 0.05). The number of work-days lost and lost-time workers in flu cases were greater than those in negative ILI controls (P <0.05). Conclusion All kinds of monitoring methods should be used to track the dynamic of influenza outbreak, strengthen the prevention and control of influenza and reduce the burden of disease.
