夏丹是从桃品种北京2号自然实生后代选育的桃中熟新品种。果实近圆形,平均单果重305.0 g,最大单果重520.0 g;鲜红色或深红色;半离核,果肉白色,肉质细、密、脆,风味甜,品质极佳;可溶性固形物含量14.30%,硬度10.50 kg/cm2,耐贮运;采后常温条件下货架期10天以上;在山东省潍坊市,果实7月中下旬成熟,果实发育期105天左右。2012年通过山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
Shidan is a new breed of peach ripened from offspring of peach variety Beijing 2 naturally. The fruit is nearly round with an average fruit weight of 305.0 g and a maximum fruit weight of 520.0 g. It is bright red or dark red. It is semi-subnuclear and fleshy white with fine flesh, dense, crisp and sweet flavors. Its soluble solid content is 14.30% , Hardness 10.50 kg / cm2, resistant to storage and transportation; Shelf life after harvest at room temperature for more than 10 days; in Weifang City, Shandong Province, fruit maturity in mid-July, the fruit development period of 105 days. In 2012, it passed the approval of Shandong Crop Variety Approval Committee.
