随着EPC总承包项目管理模式的迅速发展,国内一些具有实力的工程总承包企业均建立了具有公司特点的管理程序文件,且都放在了企业管理的重要位置。EPC总承包一般以设计为龙头,设计管理工作贯穿项目建设始终。建立一套符合企业自身特点的设计管理程序文件,不仅能够帮助和指导项目团队开展管理工作,而且能够保证EPC总承包项目的工作效率和工程质量。对EPC总承包项目设计进度、设计协调、设计变更和设计审查管理程序文件编制要点展开研究,分析了EPC总承包项目在设计阶段的管控要点。
With the rapid development of EPC general contracting project management mode, some domestic general contracting enterprises with strength have established management procedure files with company characteristics, all of which are placed in the important position of enterprise management.
