夏季室外换热器脏堵是空气源热泵在实际应用中最为常见的问题。为定量揭示脏堵对空气源热泵夏季运行性能的影响,本文对室外换热器分别处于脏堵和非脏堵下的两台空气源热泵机组进行了现场测试。在常温运行工况下,对比分析了脏堵和非脏堵下机组的运行特性和供冷特性,揭示了脏堵导致软故障下机组的性能劣化程度;在高温事故工况下,分析了脏堵导致硬故障下机组的高压停机事故特性。研究结果表明,在29~35℃常温运行工况下,脏堵导致机组的风量、压缩机吸排气温度及压力等运行特性参数分别出现11%~147%不同程度的劣化,压缩机功率升高13%~21%,制冷能力下降5%~18%,COP衰减18%~28%;在35~37℃高温事故工况下,脏堵导致机组发生高压停机事故,频率高达2.5次/h。本文研究对了解室外换热器脏堵导致的空气源热泵实际运行性能劣化与危害程度具有重要参考意义。
Dirty block outdoor summer heat exchanger is the air source heat pump in the practical application of the most common problem. In order to quantitatively reveal the effect of dirty block on the performance of air source heat pump in summer, two air source heat pump units with dirty and non-dirty outdoor heat exchangers were tested in the field. Under normal operating conditions, the operating characteristics and cooling characteristics of dirty and non-dirty block units were compared and analyzed, and the performance deterioration of the unit caused by the blockage was revealed. Under high temperature accident conditions, the dirty Plugging leads to high-voltage shutdown accident characteristics of units under hard fault. The results show that under the normal operating conditions of 29 ~ 35 ℃, the performance parameters such as air volume, compressor suction and discharge temperature and pressure are respectively 11% ~ 147% High 13% ~ 21%, cooling capacity decreased by 5% ~ 18%, COP attenuation 18% ~ 28%; 35 ~ 37 ℃ under high temperature accident conditions, dirty plugged lead to high-pressure unit downtime, frequency up to 2.5 times / h . The study of this paper is of important reference significance for understanding the deterioration and harm of the air-source heat pump caused by the dirty blockage of the outdoor heat exchanger.
