钮茂生,1939年10月生,北京市人,满族。1961年6月加入中国共产党,1963年毕业于北京农业机械化学院水利系农水专业,高级工程师。曾任北京市水利气象局党委副书记、副局长,北京市密云县委书记、中共北京市委委员,水电部中国水利实业开发总公司副董事长兼总经理,黄河水利委员会主任、党组书记。1988年5月起任水利部副部长、党组成员,国家机关工委副书记。1993年
Niu Maosheng, born in October 1939, Beijing, Manchu.
