我们张江中心小学是一所具有80多年历史的老学校,整个辅导区共200多名教职工,随着时间的推移,一大批五六十年代参加工作的教育经验丰富的老教师相继退休,一批又一批刚从师范学校毕业的缺乏教育经验的年轻教师相继来到学校,再加上当前社会上流行讲实惠,图金钱的思想,因此,关心和培养青年教师就成了学校的一项重要工作。为此,学校党支部与共青团总支一起根据青年教师的特点,积极采取有效的方法,进行疏导。一、组织考察,增强责任感。我们组织青年教师去工厂、农村考察,听取厂长、村干部的介绍,请张江乡“社会主义就是好”讲师团来
