目的探讨苦参素对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)大鼠血清TNF-α影响。方法建立EAE大鼠模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、EAE模型组及苦参素治疗组,观察苦参素对EAE大鼠的发病情况、病理学变化及血清TNF-α的影响。结果与EAE模型组比较,苦参素治疗组大鼠的发病率降低,神经功能评分降低,脊髓组织炎症病灶数减少,血清TNF-α表达水平降低。结论苦参素可能通过下调EAE大鼠血清TNF-α的表达抑制EAE的发病。
Objective To investigate the effect of oxymatrine on serum TNF-α in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) rats. Methods The rat model of EAE was established. The rats were divided into normal control group, EAE model group and oxymatrine treatment group. The effects of oxymatrine on the incidence, pathological changes and serum TNF-α in EAE rats were observed. Results Compared with the EAE model group, the morbidity of the rats in the oxymatrine treatment group decreased, the scores of neurological function decreased, the number of inflammatory lesions in the spinal cord tissue decreased, and the level of serum TNF-α decreased. Conclusion Oxymatrine may inhibit the pathogenesis of EAE by down-regulating the expression of TNF-α in EAE rats.
