目的观察下体负压(LBNP)作用下加压服对人体立位耐力和心血管功能的影响。方法 10名健康被试者穿或不穿加压服随机进行2次LBNP耐力检测。实验过程中连续监测心率(HR)、血压和心脏泵血功能等生理参数的变化。结果在LBNP作用下,被试者穿加压服时的耐受时间(23.3±0.9)min较不穿加压服时(12.5±1.2)min显著延长(P<0.01),总外周阻力(TPR)和收缩压较不穿加压服时均显著升高(P<0.05),HR明显降低(P<0.05),而每搏量、心排出量和心率变异性指标均无显著性差异。结论加压服可显著提高人体立位耐力,其主要通过增加TPR促进血液回流来维持立位应激时人体的血压稳定。
Objective To observe the effects of compression clothing on standing position and cardiovascular function under the effect of LBNP. Methods Ten healthy subjects were randomized to 2 LBNP endurance tests with or without compression. The changes of physiological parameters such as heart rate (HR), blood pressure and cardiac pump blood function were continuously monitored during the experiment. Results Compared with LBNP group, the tolerated time (23.3 ± 0.9) min was significantly longer (12.5 ± 1.2) min than that of no compressed clothes (P <0.01), while the total peripheral resistance ) And systolic pressure were significantly higher than those without pressure (P <0.05), HR was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while stroke volume, cardiac output and heart rate variability index had no significant difference. Conclusions Pressurized clothing can significantly improve the standing position of the human body. Mainly through the increase of TPR to promote blood back to maintain the body’s blood pressure stability.
