为了掌握河北省2010~2015年手足口病主要病原EV-A71的流行及分子特征,并探讨EV-A71构成情况和重症及死亡病例的相关性,为手足口病的防控提供科学依据。采用Spearman秩相关分析方法对各月度EV-A71构成比分别与各月份全省报告病例数、重症病例数、死亡病例数等指标的关系进行分析,利用DNAstar软件包和MEGA软件分析EV-A71病毒的基因进化特征。2010年1月至2015年12月间,河北省各月份EV-A71构成比与重症病例数、死亡病例数、重症率及病死率之间相关系数分别为0.31、0.38、0.57和0.45(P值均小于0.01)。河北省EV-A71分离株均属C4a亚型。EV-A71是引起河北省大多数手足口病重症和死亡病例的主要病原体。各月份EV-A71构成比与手足口病重症病例数、死亡病例数、重症率及病死率之间存在一定正相关的关系。
In order to grasp the epidemiological and molecular features of EV-A71, the major pathogen of hand-foot-mouth disease in Hebei province from 2010 to 2015, and to explore the relationship between EV-A71 constitution and severe and fatal cases, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the monthly EV-A71 ratio and the reported number of cases, the number of serious cases and the number of deaths in each province in each month. The DNA-STAR software package and MEGA software were used to analyze EV-A71 virus Gene evolution characteristics. From January 2010 to December 2015, the correlation coefficients between EV-A71 composition ratio and the number of severe cases, death cases, severe cases and mortality were 0.31,0.38,0.57 and 0.45 in each month in Hebei Province (P = All less than 0.01). EV-A71 isolates in Hebei Province belong to the C4a subtype. EV-A71 is the major cause of severe HFMD in Hebei Province. There was a positive correlation between the constituent ratio of EV-A71 and the number of severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease, the number of deaths, the rate of severe disease and the case fatality rate in each month.
