“三讲”教育的着眼点是要解决问题,能否取得成效关键在整改。整改就是把已经抓住的问题加以解决,而且要解决好,只有这样“三讲”教育才能避免走过场。因此,整改是体现“三讲”教育成果的重要标志。不仅如此,整改又是“三讲”教育的重要内容和必经阶段,也是领导干部能否取得群众信任的重要前提。群众判断“三讲”教育是不是走了过场,主要是看实际成效,看整改阶段的工作成果。因此,
