吞咽时的心律失常是一种罕见的临床综合征,国内仅见报道7例。现将我们观察的3例报告如下。其中1例除吞咽时出现心律失常外,举肢、压腹时亦出现心律失常,国内尚属首次报道。例1 女,37岁,西安市人,教师。因吞咽时心跳加快,心慌气短反复发作4个月于1979年住院。入院前4个月因劳累、精神紧张,吃饭时突然感到心慌气短。心电图示房性心动过速,心率160次/分,持续约12小时自行缓解。曾在当地某医院治疗,口服心得宁及镇静剂后,饮水进食甚至空口下咽时仍出现心动过
Arrhythmia when swallowing is a rare clinical syndrome, only reported in China in 7 cases. Now we observe the 3 cases reported as follows. One case of arrhythmia in addition to swallowing, the limbs, abdominal pressure also appeared arrhythmia, is the first time reported in China. Example 1 female, 37 years old, Xi’an city, teacher. Due to rapid heartbeat swallowing, palpitation shortness of breath repeated episodes of 4 months in 1979 hospitalization. 4 months before admission because of exertion, nervousness, suddenly feel flustered when eating shortness of breath. ECG showed atrial tachycardia, heart rate 160 beats / min, sustained about 12 hours to ease themselves. Had a local hospital treatment, oral experience Ning and sedatives, drinking water or even empty mouth when swallowing still echocardiography
