反复心律伴前向性Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞是一种少见的心律失常,我院15000份心电图资料中仅是此一例。现报告如下。患者李××,女性,55岁,退休工人。住院号203263,心电图号12153。一年来反复晕厥、意识丧失及抽搐三次于1980年5月24日入院,每次发作持续5—10分钟,经急救后好转。有胸闷、心悸、头晕史15年。查体:体温36℃,脉搏42次/分,有漏搏,血压150/80毫米汞柱。
