PCCP管道是一种新型管道,并且具有耐压性高、维护方便、接头密封性好、施工较为简单方便、寿命较长的优点。本文基于PCCP管道特性的研究,深入对在安装PCCP管道中需要注意的技术步骤进行了探讨,并深入阐明了在安装中需要特别注意的问题。本文所阐述的安装技术在实际工作中具有保证施工质量、节约投资成本、加快施工进度的优点,希冀能够给安装施工人员提供一定的参考价值。
PCCP pipe is a new type of pipe, and has the advantages of high pressure resistance, easy maintenance, good joint sealing, simple and convenient construction and long service life. In this paper, based on the research of PCCP pipeline characteristics, the technical steps needing attention in the installation of PCCP pipeline are discussed in depth, and the problems that require special attention in the installation are clarified. The installation technique described in this paper has the merits of ensuring the construction quality, saving the investment cost and speeding up the construction progress in the practical work, hoping to provide some reference value to the construction workers.
