美国哈佛大学医学院不久前做过一项长寿研究,他们将100岁以上的高寿老人作为研究对象,分别对其身体、精神、健康状态、家谱、生活环境等因素进行了调查,仔细加以考察,探求其长寿诀窍。他们认为,人们要想健康长寿,就得力求做到以下十点:一是解除压力;二是笑口常开;三是静坐冥思;四是接受变化;五是迎接挑战;六是讲究饮食;七是避免动脉硬化;八是努力防癌;九是预防骨质疏松症;十是保护视力。在上述十条中,前四条主要讲养心,要求做到情志良好,心理健康;后六条主要讲健身防病,力求体质强健。百岁老人
