1963—1965年间,自全国征集34个大白菜品种材料(包括异地同种6个)在新疆石河子地区对TpMV进行了抵抗能力的试验。据1964、1965两年观察结果未发现免疫品种,但不同品种对TpMV的抵抗性不同。在34个品种材料中,属于抗病的品种1个,高度感病的6~7个,其余大部属耐病或感病。大白菜抵抗TpMV能力随品种本身遗传基因的变异,各年气候环境的变化以及优势毒源种群的变异而变动。利用抗、耐类型品种,结合搞好栽培管理和防蚜措施,可以获得较好的防病效果。由于未见免疫品种,因而单纯利用品种防病将是困难的。试验证明在大白菜各生育期均可发病,随着大白菜的生长发育,发病呈上升趋势,因此在结球期前应加强防除虫媒传病及栽培管理。
From 1963 to 1965, 34 Chinese cabbage cultivars (including 6 isolates) were collected from the whole country to test the resistance of TpMV in Shihezi, Xinjiang. According to the results of 19641965 two years did not find the immune species, but different varieties of TpMV resistance. Among the 34 cultivars, 1 is resistant to disease and 6 to 7 highly susceptible, most of the rest are disease-resistant or susceptible. The ability of Chinese cabbage to resist TpMV varies with the genetic variation of the cultivars themselves, the climate change of each year and the variation of dominant poisonous populations. The use of resistant and resistant varieties, combined with good management and anti-aphid cultivation measures, you can get a better disease control effect. Since there is no immune species, it will be difficult to simply use the species for disease prevention. Tests show that all Chinese cabbage can develop disease in each growth stage, with the growth and development of Chinese cabbage, the incidence is on the rise, so the prevention and control of insect-borne diseases and cultivation and management should be strengthened before the node.
