男性,23岁,1976年1月在本单位拔牙时,行左侧下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉不慎将注射针头折断,未能取出。翌日送当地医院手术,亦未找到断针,手术后3天来我院。检查:左侧面颊部经度肿胀,开口度2.0cm。口内:在左侧翼下颌韧带处有1.5cm长之手术切口,周围软组织充血,肿胀。x片:见有一2.0cm长之注射针头,位于左侧乙状切迹与下颌骨升枝处之软组织中。治疗经过:待病情好转后在局麻下行异物探查术,以原切口进路,沿下颌升枝向上分离至乙状切迹,经反复探查,未找到断针而停止手术。术后x光
