对下颌远端游离缺失所引起的修复难题,学者们作出了种种设计的改进,对基牙的保护也有了改进。但在设计上种种的改进,其直接固位体都是设计在单个基牙上。为此,笔者自83年起对876|678缺失患者(含8765|5678缺失)设计了一种两侧双基牙的联合卡环,在临床上共用了20例,经追踪观察,除有两例三颗牙因口腔卫生不良而致龋坏外,其他18例均尚满意。适应范围及设计:1.双侧876|678游离缺失患者。2.一般以54|45作基牙,并要求排列正常,牙槽骨吸收不超过根长1/4者,可设计联合卡
