正拍:用掌心一边的拍面击球称为正拍。反拍:用手背一边的拍面击球称为反拍。头顶球:击球者用正拍拍面击打反手区的上手球,称为头顶球。上手球:击球点在击球者肩部以上。下手球:击球点在击球者肩部以下。前场:前发球线附近至球网。后场:从端线至场内约1米处。中场:前、后场区之间的区域。左、右场区:以发球区的中线为界,分为左、右两个场区。高球:从场地一边的后场,以高弧度击到对方场地后场。平高球:从场地一边的后场,以较低的弧度(不让对方在半途拦截到)击到对方后场。平射球:从场地一边的后场,以较平的弧度击到对方后场。吊球:从场地一边的后场,把球以向下飞行的弧线击到对方近网场区。杀球:从场地一边的中、后场使球快速向下直线飞行到对方
