本文首先根据生产实践经验和理论分析,提出球铁的一些金相学特点,指出球铁可进行低碳奥氏体化和部份奥氏体化热处理,这可提高高强度类型球铁的塑性和韧性。第二部份介绍了低碳奥氏体化和部份奥氏体化正火改善球铁综合机械性能的试验结果。试验证明,这种新的热处理工艺效果良好简单易行。第三部份介绍了部份奥氏体化热处理时破碎铁素体形成研究的结果。最后介绍了此种热处理用于生产的例子,以及作者关于这种热处理进一步发展研究和扩大应用的看法。
In this paper, some metallographic characteristics of ductile iron are first proposed based on practical experience and theoretical analysis. It is pointed out that ductile iron can be used for low carbon austenitizing and partial austenitizing heat treatment, which can improve ductility and toughness of high strength ductile iron . The second part introduces the test results of low carbon austenitizing and partial austenitizing normalizing to improve ductile iron mechanical properties. Tests show that this new heat treatment process is good and easy. The third part introduces the results of the study on the formation of broken ferrite during the partial austenitizing heat treatment. Finally, the examples of such heat treatment for production are introduced, and the author’s views on the further development of this heat treatment and its application are expanded.
