采用湿式凿岩是防患矽肺病的一种有效办法。然而由于湿式凿岩所溅泼出来的水中,常夹杂着许多岩石细粒与粉末,喷到岩工脸部的缘故,因此特别是在天井及斜坑实行湿式凿岩时,常易减低凿岩工作的效率。斯维尔德洛夫斯基劳动保健学院有鉴及此,特设计出为凿岩工使用之保护帽盔(见图),在纤维质盔簷下面的边缘处,用铜鋲钉住了不碎玻璃的帽遮,厚度在2—3mm左右。帽遮是一块不碎玻璃板,不过须以热水使其柔软变成楕圆型。这玻璃板即是用来遮蓋口鼻脸面的。为冲洗帽遮上的岩粉,利用了直径8mm长460mm金属(铜或铝)管,管的一端项銲接固着于帽盔上,另外一端联以直径10mm的橡膠管在管外并须緾绕着金属线或防水布。在这金属制管上穿1.5mm直径的小孔,并湾成弧形,横置于帽盔下部
Wet rock drilling is an effective way to prevent silicosis. However, due to wet rock splashing out of the water, often mixed with a lot of rock particles and powder sprayed to the face of the rock, so especially in the patio and the pit of wet rock drilling, often easy to reduce drilling work s efficiency. In view of this, Sverdlovsk’s School of Labor and Health has devised specially designed protective helmets for rock drillers (see photo). At the edge under the fiberglass canopies, Cover glass cap, the thickness of about 2-3mm. The cover is a piece of broken glass, but it must be softened by hot water into a round shape. This glass is used to cover the face of the nose and mouth. The rock powder covering the rinsing cap is made of a metal (copper or aluminum) tube with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 460 mm. One end of the tube is welded and fixed to a helmet and the other end is connected with a rubber tube of 10 mm in diameter outside the tube and wound around Metal wire or tarpaulins. A 1.5mm diameter hole was drilled in this metal pipe and the bay was curved and placed horizontally under the helmet
