目的建立食品中16种稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的同时测定方法。方法样品经微波消解法处理,以Re元素作内标,采用ICP-MS法进行测定。结果方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~2.3%,回收率为96.7%~117.8%,检出限为0.003μg/L~0.057μg/L,相关系数(r)为0.999 7~1.000 0。对3种标准参照物质进行测定,结果均在标准值范围内。采用本法对213份实际样品进行测定,结果表明:按照食品类别比较,蔬菜中稀土元素的含量最高,且各元素的含量均低于国标限值。按照稀土元素比较,铈和钕的含量最多,其次是镧、钇,含量最少的是铕、钬、铥和镥。结论该方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便,适合食品中痕量稀土元素的测定。
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination of 16 rare earth elements in food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were treated by microwave digestion method, and the Re element was used as the internal standard. The content was determined by ICP-MS. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.6% ~ 2.3% and the recoveries were 96.7% ~ 117.8%. The detection limits were 0.003μg / L ~ 0.057μg / L and the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.999 7 ~ 1.000 0 . The three standard reference substances were measured, the results are in the standard range. Using this method to determine 213 actual samples, the results showed that: according to the food category, the content of rare earth elements in vegetables is the highest, and the content of each element is lower than the national standard. According to the rare earth elements, the content of cerium and neodymium is the most, followed by lanthanum and yttrium, the least content is europium, holmium, gallium and gallium. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid, simple and suitable for the determination of trace rare earth elements in foods.
