值2004年中国·舟山群岛海钓邀请赛举办之际,应浙江大洋海钓俱乐部的邀请,亚细亚钓鱼联盟议长日本的小西和人先生、亚细亚钓鱼联盟理事韩国的韩大塾先生、李世皖先生、中国台湾钓鱼协会秘书长陈平南先生以及亚细亚钓鱼联盟中国理事王者兴先生来到舟山,为舟山、为中国的海钓事业的发展“把脉”。他们在珠海海狮海洋游钓俱乐部总经理李鸣、大洋海钓俱乐部董事长葛冬萌以及舟山市海钓高手陈琼、徐斌立、应能达等人的陪同下,自9月17日至24日对舟山群岛海域的鱼资源和海钓环境进行了实地考察。考察结果让这些海钓专家们为之赞叹——
On the occasion of the 2004 China Zhoushan Islands Fishing Invitational Tournament, at the invitation of Zhejiang Ocean Fishing Club, Chairman of the Asian Diaoyu Coalition Japan Jr. Kohei Kohei, Member of the Association of Asian Diaoyu Islands, Mr. Han Tajiao, Mr. Li Shihwan, Mr. Chen Ping-nam, Secretary-General of China Taiwan Fishing Association, and Mr. Wang Shixing, China Council of Asian Diaoyu Coalition, came to Zhoushan to Zhoushan, a “pulse” for the development of China’s fishing industry. They were accompanied by Li Ming, general manager of the Sea Lion Swimming Ocean Club in Zhuhai, Ge Dong Meng, chairman of the Ocean Fishing Club, and Chen Qiong, Xu Binli, fishing masters of Zhoushan, Ying Yingda and others.
