慈善事业与政府职能定位之间存在着相辅相成的关系。本文主要从宁波市的慈善事业发展状况和政府的作为着手对此进行分析,并提出推动慈善事业进一步发展的相关措施。
There is a complementarity between philanthropy and the positioning of government functions. This article mainly analyzes the development of charity in Ningbo and the government’s actions, and puts forward some measures to promote the further development of charities.
