现场勘查在交通肇事逃逸案件侦查中具有重要意义,尤其是现场痕迹物证对于此类案件的定性、确定侦破方向、缩小侦查范围、证明案件事实、认定案件责任等方面起着重要作用。在交通肇事逃逸案件现场勘查中,密切与刑侦部门协作,重点对现场制动痕迹、遗留物、法医物证等痕迹物证进行勘查,及时准确地对案件定性,准确判定逃逸方向和车辆种类,从而迅速侦破交通肇事逃逸案件。
