天然块矿的爆裂指标作为评价矿石最重要的指标之一,其好坏会直接影响高炉的透气性,进而影响高炉顺行。对天然块矿爆裂性能的研究,有利于为合理搭配入炉炉料结构提供相应的依据。研究了4种天然块矿在不同温度下的爆裂性能,以及天然块矿爆裂性能的主要影响因素。试验表明:随着温度的不断升高,4种天然块矿爆裂后的粒级分布以及爆裂指数呈现不同的变化规律,而不同类型的天然块矿在同一温度下的爆裂指数也不尽相同。天然块矿中羟基的质量分数越高,其爆裂性能越强烈。块矿孔隙总体积和微孔平均直径的减小也会导致块矿的爆裂性能升高。
Burst index of natural lump ore as one of the most important indicators of ore evaluation, its good or bad will directly affect the permeability of the blast furnace, thus affecting the smooth blast furnace. The study on the burst performance of natural lump ore is helpful to provide the corresponding basis for the reasonable match with the charge structure of the furnace. The burst properties of four kinds of natural lump ore at different temperatures and the main influencing factors of natural lump ore burst were studied. The experimental results show that the particle size distribution and the burst index of the four natural lump ore blocks vary with the increase of temperature, while the burst indices of the different natural lump ore blocks at the same temperature are different. The higher the mass fraction of hydroxyl groups in natural lump ore, the stronger the burst performance. The reduction of the total volume of pores in the lump ore and the average diameter of the micropores will also lead to an increase in the burst performance of the lump ore.
