“雪上一枝蒿”系民间草药,农村人民习用白酒浸泡治疗劳伤,往往因服量不当引起中毒,本院收治一例,系统观察中毒引起心律失常演变过程,并试图探讨急救原则。患者,男,65岁,工人,湖北天门籍,于1964年5月22日因全身发麻、心悸、头晕、呕吐入院。患者因关节疼于2天前经友人介绍用“雪上一枚蒿”一小包以白酒3两浸泡一夜,次日服2次,每次一两。服后自觉头昏心慌,未介意。入院前4小时又将剩余一两及药物残渣全部服下,服后2小时突觉全身发麻、发冷,严重心悸、头昏,并呕吐3次,被抬送来院。过去身体健壮,1958年发现有高血压病。入院检查:体温37℃,血压60/40毫米汞柱。神志清,阵发性四肢抽动,皮肤厥冷,瞳孔等大,对光反应正
